Receptionist or Online Booking?

Survey .- Hi, i am Eri, Paws&Bows main groomer and passionate owner, I would so much to find out how you feel about online booking. As you know we are a small grooming place, not a high volume. Recently our phone rings more way than I can handle, I spend so much time on the phone and back and forth with phone text requests leaving me very little QUALITY time to groom your pets. Our phone rings between 21 to 56 calls a day, and we receive between 6 and 10 text requests a day.


What would you like this place to be in order to serve YOU better?


1.- Hire a part time receptionist that can help us booking your appointments. Since we are not a high-volume grooming place, the cost of this receptionist would be passed onto the customer $13 hour, let’s say about $8 per pet. Would you still be satisfied with the increase?


2.- Online booking. Since we are not a high-volume grooming place, we can easily afford $.65cents per appointment booked in our website. Would you be satisfied managing your own grooming appointments and keep prices low?


There is a third option that I would most definitely am trying to avoid: Become a high-volume grooming place with several groomers so we can afford a receptionist. The reason- there is more barking, more loud and noisy dryers, doggies and some customers get nervous about too much going on and quality and consistency may get lost.

I prefer booking on line. However, this website is very poor. It does not offer all of your services for booking. I wanted to book a full service groom with bath and that option is not available. Everything says 10 minutes. This is why I attempt to call you. Perhaps if this website was constructed properly we wouldnt need to call you at all.

The booking survey doesn't work right either. There is nothing which says "To take survey, hit enter" or something. I never got to any survey.

I note with interest that another customer had my very problem which I raised with you previously, namely " wanted to book a full service groom with bath and that option is not available. " (Cyndy) You didn't fix this then and so customers get aggravated, like me. Kindly refund my $15 and I will go elsewhere for now. Thank you.
