Pet stay should not exceed 3 hours, please book accordingly. 

We close at 5:00, we go home at 5:15 REGARDLESS

There is is $25 late pick up fee

There is $15 No Show/Late Cancelation fee

Our phone is on silent mode, if you have an emergency please text, we will get back to you as soon as we can

Appointments, Cancelations or Rescheduling is self-service and there is NO over the-phone or text or email requests
